Gray Cafe Media, Inc. is proud to present the GCM Life Skills Program. Our Founder, Niesha Gray, created this course with the accompanying book, GCM Life Skills Guide, to help teens and young adults prepare for life after school.
Details
We’re going to talk about setting goals, making a plan, and getting ready to rock your future! Young adults will engage in group online activities that mimic corporate icebreakers with the goal to learn critical thinking, self awareness, problem solving, communication, decision making, creativity, coping with stress, and empathy.
